Deb Armstrong
With more than 45 years in professional banking, financial services, board advisory, and expertise in advising small- to mid-size businesses, Deb Armstrong has industry insight like no other. Starting her career as a bank teller, Deb worked her way up the corporate ladder, through the wild frontier of bank mergers and economic recessions and upturns, where she became a Senior Vice President and trusted advisor at one of the largest banks in the country. Throughout her two decades there, she provided financial assistance and guidance to many successful local companies across a variety of industries. In 2009 she accepted a position as President of a community bank in the Chicagoland area, ushering in a period of growth that was higher than industry standard before retiring from full-time banking in 2019.
Throughout these years, Deb has worked closely with nonprofits and charities, sitting on leadership boards for women, children, and housing initiatives, and volunteering time to help grow and nurture the communities, giving everyone a reason to invest in their surroundings, business leaders and residents alike.
For decades she’s been connecting entrepreneurs and C-level leaders to the products and people to take their enterprise to the next level. Her instinct for financial trends, tenacity for finding exactly the right opportunity, and deep care for all of her clients’ best interests keeps Deb ahead of the curve.
